Welcome Home follows two government school teachers, Anuja and Neha, who go to a remote house in Nagpur for census work. They meet a strange pregnant woman and are drawn into the disturbing world of the household, where the woman is held captive by a man, his mother, and the household staff. As the women try to help her escape, they uncover that she has been abused for years by her own grandfather and faces psychological control.
